Eco Tours has started with a bang!

The tours on offer are in great demand.

We have put together a video and some pics of our latest tour taken with Gildas Gatebrele and Beatrice Gomen a Horticulturist and grower respectively from New Caledonia which is a South Pacific archipelago East of Australia.

As delegates of the Proteaceae conference they had requested a tour to see our local Proteaceae in situ. We took them to Helderberg Nature Reserve and then on to Vergelegen to see the National Monument Camphor trees and a trip to the Wine Cellar, a wine tasting and a leisurely walk ina place steeped in history. Elaine Skidmore and Werner Richter guided the tour (a four hour walk in the Nature Reserve and trip to Vergelegen.

We have also included some pics of June Bracey on a flower tour up the West Coast to the West Coast National Park and Postberg Nature Reserve. We were lucky to see a number of Black Oystercatcher Birds ( these birds are virtually extinct and on the Red Data List). The Langebaan Lagoon offered magical views and seeing where Eve’s footprint was found added to the magic of the tour, not to mention a close encounter with Bat-eared Foxes.

JOIN US ON A PERSONALISED TOUR TO ENJOY THE WONDERS OF THE NATURAL WORLD IN THE WESTERN CAPE.

LET’S TAKE YOU UP THE WEST COAST NOT ONLY TO ENJOY THE FLOWERS BUT TO VISIT THE FOSSIL PARK AND ALSO LEARN ABOUT THE SAN PEOPLE AND THEIR CULTURE.

Possibly try one of our Holistic tours to McGregor or follow the Ley lines to the healing waters of Avalon Springs, for a Tai Chi session in the Banhoek Valley or a Yoga session in Somerset West.

Why not walk the Labyrinth at Rustenberg Estate, Stellenbosch or join us on a bicycle ride in the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve or walk to the Yellowwood forest.

We look forward to meeting you and taking you on a personalised tour to view our wonderful Fauna and Flora and magnificent scenery of the Western Cape.

SEE YOU SOON.........
